i had to replace the idler pulley and the belt tensioner on my 6.0 . so i bought the parts i needed from powerstrokeshop.com . however so you all will know the bearings in the pulleys are replaceable , no need to buy the whole thing unless you need the tensioner part .

grooved idler pulley - NSK bearing part # B17-102DG48

both pulleys on tensioner and small smooth idler pulley -

This is an update with the new part numbers .

The grooved idler pulley # is 6303

The two pulleys on the belt tensioner # is 6203

These are standard bearings and nothing special you have to get from any dealer . Your local auto parts store may not even have them because they like big fancy part #'s so they can charge alot for them . I ordered mine from Mcmaster Carr and had them the next day . The 6203 was $5.00 and the 6303 was $10.00 .
