If you do some searches on the net, there are a few companies out there with conversion kits to put the cummins in the Ford bodies. I would try to contact one of them directly since they have the most experience to find out what you might be in for and to get what you might need to do the project.

I know of a truck where I live that the owner changed out the blown GM 454 on a chevy dually and in stalled a Cummins 12v in it
