Dave Mann...glad to see someone with knowledge has done this!...the guys at Ford Entusiasts are quite the Nazi's.... At least we can discuss Amsoil here without the threat of Captain jerk knocking at my door. I wish success to your site and will check back.

I second that too, to Dave Mann. A long time in coming.
Finally a website that people new to synthetic oil can get
the facts.

Hi Todd, thanks, I am certainly going to work over the years to make this one of the best diesel forums on the net. It is going to take time and effort just like anything worthwhile does. Dave

I hear you on that one Dave :) If an oil engineer and someone that's worked for Ford previously doesn't know whats good for them, then who does? :) Congrats on making 6 star regency platinum a while back btw :)

Thanks for all the positive support. I previously had the same issue with the other forum you mentioned. My long term goals are to continue to improve this forum to be a friendly forum where anything related to diesel trucks can be discussed including AMSOIL by potential customers, existing customers and all AMSOIL Dealers.

Any forum with Ford or any other Ford Motor Co. trademarked name in their URL should be thankful that Ford has allowed them to keep their URL. There was a time when Ford OGC (Office of the General Council) was seeking out websites that used Ford or any Ford trademarked name in their URL and requiring them to give up the URL to Ford. Since then Ford does not seem to be pursuing these type of sites as aggressively. I recommend that a website or forum URL be chosen carefully so as not to include any companies name or registered trademark to avoid any potential issues.
