I have a 2006 F-250 with a 6.0 and have been getting approx. 2.5-3.5% fuel dilution for the past 15,000 miles. The only reason I caught it is that's when I installed a bypass filtration setup and started sampling my oil. Therefore I have no idea how long it had been going on. I had the injector o-rings changed with no effect. I have less than 50,000 miles on my engine and it has been well cared for. Both my local Ford tech and I are both out of answers. Any ideas?
